Anna and Thomas got married in July last year. It was probably the hottest summer I can remember. All week the heat had been building up and come their wedding day, it was almost unbearable. The ceremony was held in the backyard of Der Alte Auf. As their guests started to arrive clouds started to fill the sky and a fresh breeze picked up. Although the clouds looked more and more like they were about to burst any minute, it felt sooo good. The whole ceremony had this atmosphere of the calm before the storm, literally. Gloomy, but in a magical way. And when Anna and Thomas started to read their vows, the wind picked up some more and we felt the first drops of rain. Right after the ceremony it began to rain cats and dogs. But it was much needed rain, it finally cooled off and the whole day ended up being perfect!
We have become very good friends since then and in retrospect I‘m even happier to have been a part of this wonderful day. It was such an honour to witness and capture their love. ♥️
